Dr. Abu Jonayed (Physiotherapist)

I have had a chronic injury in my neck and shoulder (caused in the gym) for a couple of years and despite going to a few orthopaedics and physiotherapists, the problem has kept recurring. Dr. Abu Jonayed helped me a lot by his manual therapy approach (including treatments like dry needling and cupping) because my entire back, neck and shoulder had so many trigger points and painful spasms. He is up to date and contemporary with all the well known treatments, given his background with working in professional sport as well. He is also helping me with rehabilitation and weakness in the muscles so that I am back to full fitness and can back to exercise. I highly recommend Dr. Abu Jonayed, especially if you are a person who has a exercise/sports injury and even otherwise.

Over a period of a few months of regular exercises I had begun to experience severe pain in both my knees. Dr Abu Jonayed was able to diagnose the underlying condition that led to my injury and offer the correct course of recovery exercises and treatment. He is prompt, precise and competent. I would highly recommend him.
